RULES & REGULATIONS:

• Winners will get a link on my blog for an undetermined (but extended!) amount of time. I will promote them constantly. They can ask for banners, blog makeovers, double promos, and p4ps whenever they want for as long as the list is up. :) THEY WILL DEFINITELY GAIN.
